How do I receive the free Liftin(g) straps?

When you spend €25 or more, you will receive a FREE pair of Liftin(g) straps. Add the colour of your choice to your shopping cart and the discount will be calculated automatically.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day within the Benelux.

Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Will my order be shipped for free?

Shipping within the Netherlands is always free.

For orders to Belgium , shipping is free for orders over €27; for orders below €4.50 shipping costs will be charged.

Within Europe, shipping is free for orders over €80.

How can I return something?

If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always here to help you! You can exchange or return our products within 14 days.

For a return we charge a small amount of € 3.50. If you agree to a refund in the form of a voucher, the costs of the return shipment will be borne by us.

Please contact us via the contact form to process the return or fill out the model withdrawal form which you can find on our contact page.

Please note that you will return the free lifting straps if the total amount of your order, by using the right of withdrawal, falls below € 25. Otherwise we will be forced to deduct the total purchase amount of the lifting straps (ad € 17.95) from the return amount.
