The origin

Liftin was founded by me (David) in 2022 after I noticed during sports that many sports accessories do not optimally use the full ROM (Range of Motion). A good example of this is the standard short triceps rope, where the movement remains limited. With my background in movement sciences at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, I realized that this could and should be better. I got to work and developed the first products: extra long triceps ropes with different ranges. Since then I have designed more products with the aim of performing exercises more efficiently and easily. These products can now help you achieve your goals.
